As of this morning, free dining is back. You need to book through September 29th. Stays Sept 1-18, Nov 17-27, Dec 8-23. Dates/ rooms are pretty limited.
You will need to stay minimally 5 nights and have a 4 day park hopper pass.
Go check it out and read the fine print! This could really save you a ton of money!
