You want a quick dessert or snack, but you don’t want to haul out a bunch of ingredients. How about you whip up some 3- ingredient Peanut Butter cookies! I’ve heard Mice really like peanut butter…
Add 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar (brown, white, of any combination), and 1 egg to your mixing bowl
Beat on low until combined, then on medium until a firm dough is achieved
Shape as you please… we like 3 circles for some odd reason
Baking on parchment or a silpat mat will really help them come off the pan nicely
Be sure the oven is set at 350F and all warmed up before popping these babies in
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden, brown, and delicious
Once cool, DEVOUR!
